還是上次朋友的問題：
1，父母拿到移民簽證以後需要入關以後等正式綠卡，是不是登陸以後就可以為未成年孩子申請綠卡，還是要等到 正式的綠卡下來之後才可以申請？
-Technically, they can file I-130 for the kid immediately after entering US using the immigrant visa, but had better wait for the plastic green card and then, do it. 2，因為父母去美國之後孩子未成年沒有綠卡沒辦法隨行，父母需要辦回美證延長居留時間，等待孩子綠卡批下來才可以赴美。如果申請回美證的話，是在登陸以後就可以申請？還是要等到拿到正式綠卡才可以申請？
