關於孩子年齡超過21歲的移民問題

請問8老師，

我妹妹已經排隊等了13年了。申請的時候孩子隻有15歲。麵試的時候是小孩一起去，然後一起拿到綠卡？還是我妹妹先來，然後小孩再申請。 謝謝您。
