請教為國內父母申請綠卡Affidavit of Support是填I-864 or I-864EZ

父母在國內，本人美國公民，單身狀態有一孩。給父母申請綠卡現在在案子在visa center, 需要affidavit of support. 我看了一下各種864表的介紹，不清楚是應該用I-864EZ還是保險起見用I-864. I-864EZ的要求如下

All three of the following are true:

1. You filed a Form I-130 petition for your relative;
   
    
2. There is only one applicant on the Form I-130 petition; and
   
    
3. The income you are using to qualify is based entirely on your salary or pension and is shown on one or more Forms W-2 provided by your employer(s) or former employer(s).

第一條我符合（為父母），第二條我不是很明白，我分別交了兩份I-130, 父母一人一份，是分開的案子，這個算only one applicant 嘛？；第三條我也符合，就是我一個人的工資。

請教到底填哪個。
