請問我們是否需要獨立交各自的I-539?
-Because you are F1 and your spouse is F2 status (same derivative status), one I-539 filing can be used for both of you for the change of status and you only need to pay one I-539 filing fee. Provide the copy of your marriage certificate to prove both you are in the same family.
