1. 申請國內父母移民美國，需要提供他們各自的出生公證和在國內的無刑事犯罪公證嗎？
-Yes, but if they wil come to US to file I-485, then not need 無刑事犯罪公證.
如需要出生證或出生公證，證件上需要列出什麽信息呢？
-Your father/mother's name, date of birth, place of birth and his/her parents' names.
父母年紀大了，他們的雙親早已離世，也沒有能證明他們和我祖父母關係的資料，這種情況父母移民還必須提供他們的出生（公）證嗎？
-Don't need your grand parents' birth certificater.
2. 中國公民的十年訪美簽證還在有效期限內，但是護照將過期，換了新護照後，還要重新申請來美簽證嗎？
-Not need. Just bring the old passport and the new passport together to enter US. But if you have filed I-130 before they enter US using B2 visa, they may have trouble to enter US due to immigrant intent.
