女兒現在持有H4的EAD， 自今年六月收到EAD後沒有出國，如果現在renew EAD 是不是在renew 期間不可以出國呢？
-It is fine to trave, but she had better use advance parole to travel in case her green card or your green card is approved during the travel. Also, she had better apply for I-485 based EAD, not renew the H-4 EAD. I-485 based EAD is free (no filing fee) and she can apply for it any time.
現在的EAD 明年6月過期。還是等出國回來後再renew EAD保險些呢？不知是不是有明確的規定？-It does not matter. But if she only can file I-131 for H-4 EAD renewal in advance up to 120 days before the current H4 EAD expires.
