為什麽我140在TSC還沒消息

我在1月初向TSC遞交140/485，可除了收據外到現在還沒有消息。我的朋友在去年12月底遞交的申請，他在1個月前被要求RFE。有人在1月後提交申請的現在有消息嗎?TSC的速度怎麽真那麽慢麽?
