8老師能麻煩解答一下父母廣州麵試的問題嗎？非常感謝

我父母這個月底就要在廣州麵試了，在我整理文件的時候突然發現有一項是 original or certified copies of birth certificates for All children of the principal applicant ( even if he or she is not accompanying), 我本人現在是離婚且單身，在中國有個姐姐，請問我還要提供我姐姐的出生公證拿給父母去廣州麵試嗎？在申請父母移民的過程中，他們從來也沒有提起過要這個公證我實在是不理解，有知道的或者經曆過的麻煩能幫助解答一下嗎？非常非常感謝。
