謝謝8老師。給uscis打電話他們說我的case還在正常時間呢，說要兩年還沒動靜才給open case呢。您說的service request 是指這個嗎？
-No. You need to check with USCIS to see whether your case has been upgraded from F2A to the immediate relatives of US citizens. Just call USCIS to tell them you need service request which means you request USCIS to track and transfer your inquiry to the USCIS office best able to assist.
