本人公民。 2005年為兄弟申請美國移民 現在排期將至 不知道他是否可以在美國辦後續的移民事項。？他以前多次來美國探親 他是在中國國內辦好？還是來美國辦後續手續更快一些？ 多謝????
-He had better just apply for the immigrant visa in China. If he enters US using B2 visa and file I-485, USCIS might consider him to have visa fraud.
