1. 等她到12歲時申請初中國際學生，與我們共同生活2年後再辦理領養手續。

2。以旅遊簽證的方式來美後身份黑下來，2年後再辦理領養手續。

8老師還有別的辦法嗎？希望越早辦理越好。

-You must adopt the child before she turns 16 years old. The procedure for a US citizen to adopt a child from China is somewhat complicate, so you had better consult or hire an immigration lawyer. I am not familiar with this issue very well.
