 我家孩子已經申請了美國護照快10年了，孩子超過21歲了，當時沒有申請N-600（應該是沒有，不記得了）。

現在需要Certificate of Citizenship

1) 需要用N-600申請吧？-Yes if your child wants to. Or just renew the passport. Up to you.

2）怎麽申請最快？
