請問老師： 我現在滿五年可以申請公民了，但一個月以後要搬到另外一個州。 我應該搬家前先遞交申請然後再改地址，
-It is fine if you can get the N-400 filing receipt before you move. But don't forget to inform USCIS about your address update on your N-400 and your residence location by filing AR-11.

還是先搬家然後再等上三個月在新的州遞交申請？

另外，Three-Month Residency Requirement 是要求遞交申請前三個月必須呆在居住地嗎？


我夏天回國兩個月八月底回到美國居住地，回來後到現在隻有兩個月，這違反三個月的申請要求麽？謝謝！
