The I-140 approval notice is received and kept by the employer. You cannot ask USCIS to give you a duplicate copy, but you can ask your employer or the lawyer to give you the photocopy of the I-140 approval notice and this photocopy is enough for you to use for H-1B extension, priority date portability or file I-485, etc. in the future,
