正在經曆美國國內轉換（從新辦了adoption order from court）， 但file錯表格（n600, 輕信侓師， 交了國內和美國的adoption order）現在放棄， 境外滿足2年要求， 從新file i130, 有無可能被拒. 
-I don't know. You had better adopt the child following the Hague Convention procedure which is more reliable. Had better consult an immigration lawyer.
