本人綠卡，正在申請 公民 ， 小孩（10歲）F2A 485 正處理中. 請問如果我的公民先批準， 小孩的綠卡是在我公民批準後才批準， 那小孩是否還能自動成為公民？ 如果小孩不能自動成為公民，那小孩怎麽才能成為公民？ 謝謝各位老師了.
-Your child has to be the green card holder first, then can be the US citizen automatically. If you get your US citizenship before your child gets the green card, you need to request USCIS to upgrade the I-130 from F2A category to the immediate relative of a US citizen category.
