請教8老師：剛辦完L2簽證，需要給20歲兒子也辦嗎？

請教8老師，上周辦了L2簽證，同時給女兒9（11歲）也辦了L2簽證，請問兒子在加拿大讀本科3年級，今年9 月份剛滿20 歲，也需要辦理L2簽證嗎？
