8老師和各位大俠見笑了：請問公民麵試有過一半一說嗎？

姐姐（隨姐夫拿了綠卡6年）公民麵試很緊張覺得英語對話不好，問道TAX的問題因為太複雜也沒答上來，而且公民麵試信上沒說要帶TAX RETURNS她也沒帶（但USCIS網站說要帶的）但英語讀，寫和曆史政府公民知識答得很好。最後麵試官說“Your test has passed, but communication ........(後麵沒聽懂）we'll inform you ...around Nov 20" 然後什麽東西也沒給就讓出來了，這倒是過了還是沒過呀？ 姐姐糊裏糊塗說是過了一半：曆史公民知識過了但英語交流沒過。我覺得八成是通過了但我姐覺得沒過。請問有過了一半，下次考試考英語的另一半的說法嗎？
