我一個朋友EB1打算走廣州領事館. 現在可以往NVC交材料了。請問孩子的年齡是什麽時候可以鎖定？是交了NVC就可以鎖定還是得等A表的排期？
-His kid's CSPA age will be frozen when his priority date is current (i.e. based on A Form), and his kid must submit DS 260 within one year. Once his kid submits DS 260 within one year, then nothing will affect the kid's CSPA age.
