請教8老師，我公民，給父母申請綠卡，我file I-130。因為今年開始self-employed（account有點亂），I-864有點手足無處

1. 如果我file I-864，應該準備哪些材料？-Check I-864 Instructions, such as your tax return, W2, employment verification, etc.

2. 是否可以讓我老公file I-864 （他沒入籍）。該怎麽辦？-If he is a green card holder, he can file I-864A together with your I-864. Thus, you can use his income for the sponosr support on your parents.
