我最近提交了J-1豁免的資料到紐約留學服務中心。申請豁免的理由是要準備年內申請綠卡。剛收到中心的回複，讓我補交綠卡申請的證明材料。
目前正在準備140申請材料，還沒有正式申請。請問和律師的合同足夠了嗎？如果是eb1b需要提交學校的sponsor證明嗎？
-You had better provide I-140 filing receipt. If you do not have it yet before the deadline, you may provide whatever you have such as the contract with the lawyer, the school's sponsor letter, etc. If it is not urgent, you had better file I-140 and then, provide the copy of I-140 receipt notice.
