老師好，

媽媽在美國境內拿到2年的re-entry permit後回中國照顧家人。

回美紙會在2018年10月expire。我媽媽是不是要在2018年10月前進入美國就可以？
-Yes.

比如我媽媽2018年9月回來美國，我可以在她一回來後再次幫她提交回美紙申請嗎？-Yes. Enclosed the unexpired reentry permit (old one) with the I-131 filing.

還是必須等到回美紙在今年10月過期後，才能再次提交申請呢？-Not have to.
