請教8老師：關於Advance Parole，找了Congressman，USCIS給的回複

8老師，

我給養子去年10月遞交了485 和131，11月收到receipt，之後再無動靜。多少次打電話給USCIS，總是說“pending”“in the process”。最近找了Congressman催I-131，因為暑假想回國。National Bnenfit Center 給的回信如下：

Thank you for your inquiry regarding this constituent's immigration matters.  Your constituent's cases have been requested for review and will be sent to an examining officer to confirm underlying eligibility.  Travel authorization is unable to be granted before eligibility is determined.  Once further action is taken, your constituent will be notified at his address of record.

請問這是什麽意思？是485有問題嗎？

還有，去local USCIS office 做infopass有用嗎? 不知道卡在哪裏了。
