我的孩子今年上美國的大學，加拿大國籍，之前一直是跟著我們的E2 status,想知道是讓他從18歲起轉成F1的簽證好呢，還是保持E2 status.

-Yes, but because the E2 is denied, your child has to go to the US-Canada border to get the F-1 I-94, not change E2 to F1 within US. Talk to the school about the F-1 status application, i.e. issue I-20, etc.
