老師好，

之前被laid off, termination day是4月3號。 最後一張paycheck cover到4月14號。新公司6月6號才開始讓我和律師接洽辦h1b transfer。估計最快也要6月15號左右LCA才能下來。再開始申請轉H1B。會有幾天gap。不知道要回國激活風險大不大。
