持 B1/B2 從中國來美國，不買返程機票， 會被拒絕登機或者被拒絕入境－－－有這種說法嗎？

我父母持 B1/B2來探我，我給買了單程機票，有人說，不買返程機票， 會被拒絕登機或者被拒絕入境---真的嗎？
