我以前在美國學習好幾年，妻子當時也陪讀，在美居留時間都超過一年。現在國內，我想問我通過CP程序辦理綠卡申請，關於在美國期間的無犯罪記錄，我和她是否都要辦理？-Yes.
我看FBI網站表格裏需要填寫SSN,但是她是沒有的，不知道如何處理？-Leave it blank, or put "None" (SSN is optional, not mandatory).
另外，FBI的無犯罪記錄，是不是後麵遞交材料時不會有超期的問題，如果我近幾年都不打算去美國的話？-It is fine because you only stayed in US for that period of time.
最後一個問題，我是主申請人，老婆是副申請？我不清楚是不是這麽描述，就是她依靠我一起出去，我們辦理材料時，比如婚姻公證和出生公證各自需要幾份，不知道8老師是否了解？
-One marriage certificate is enough for both of you, but each of you need to have your personal birth certificate. You only need to provide the photocopy of these documents. But bring the original one for the interview in the future.
