我朋友給父母去年末交了485,EAD和AP。後來今年2月份家裏有急事，就給父母辦理了加急AP。現在父母還在國內，下個月回美國。EAD 已經批準。今天突然接到通知說去年申請的AP被拒，原因是說沒有拿到AP就離境了。原文是"a review of USCIS records indicates that you departed the United States prior to the adjudication of this application."
1. 這種情況還用不用Appeal 呀？-Do nothing.
2.加急AP是一年的，是不是這個拒信可以不用管，以後直接申請 AP renew呀？-Right.
3.會不會影響入境？-No. The emergency AP is good enough to come back.
4.會不會影響485.怕485也因為這個理由被拒呀-No. They have the approved emergency AP to travel, so everything will be OK.
