我太太想問她是否可以不用申請I-539，拿著我的新的H1B approval notice 到某個美國口岸入境而獲得一個H4 stamp。
-Yes, of course!

對於非加拿大護照持有者，要延期H4就必須申請I-539，是嗎？
-They can either file I-539 to extend H-4 within US or just back to their country to apply for the H-4 visa in the US Consulate to come back.
