如果主申請人綠卡已批，作為配偶的副申請人為需要CP的對象，那麽您說的：
留美國的地址給NVC進行聯係是否沒問題，隻是等收到麵試通知回國體檢+麵試就可以對吧？
-You had better change your address to your friend's address in US so that your friend can receive the USCIS/NVC letters for you. You also assign your friend as your agent when NVC ask you to idenfity an agent in the future. Thus, your friend will receive all of the NVC letters for you.
---這裏的agent也可以是在美國的主申請人吧？即綠卡已批的主申請人可以作為CP申請人（副申請人）的代理？
另外如果走CP的話，整個過程中需要主申請人的140批件和petition letter嗎？（雇主不realease 140材料，隻有140 number）
-Your employer needs to file I-824 to ask USCIS to forward your I-140 to NVC for processing your immigrant visa application. So, talk to your employer or lawyer.
-----這裏如果主申請人綠卡已批，是不是可以以主申請人的名義為follow to join的副申請人file I-824? 還是I-824一定是主申請人的雇主發出？
