父親的2個兄弟（公民）在2008年左右分別為父親遞交了一份F4類的移民申請，父親也在幾年前收到了兩個不同的GUZ開頭的Case Number。但是非常奇怪的是，用當時他的兩個兄弟遞上I-130表之後收到回執上的EAC開頭的號碼去USCIS網上查詢，均顯示：“Case Was Received At My Local Office On XXXX, 2009, we received your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, Receipt Number EAC09XXXXXXX, at your local office. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.”
並沒有顯示approved的字樣，他的兩個兄弟也都沒有收到USCIS寄來的approval notice。
但是我網上做功課查到說：”隻有I-130批準，才會得到GUZ開頭的號碼。“
不知USCIS網上的狀態，和兩兄弟沒有收到approval notice是否正常？是否需要補救？‘
-You don't need to worry about the online status message (USCIS sometimes do not take care of the online message in time). You need to check whether the Notices your uncles received were the Approval Notice which should address that the cases were approved. If the Notices were approval notices, then just wait for NVC to contact your uncles. Only one of your uncles need to request NVC to process the case for your father, not need to waste money to process another I-130 in NVC.
