 I do not want to see my child get denied due to age out that is caused by long time waitting. I just want to know if the B2 petition conflicts his F1 petition.
-No. But your child's status will be determined which status is approved later. For example, if the F-1 status is approved first and B2 later, then your child status will be B2, not F1.
