急急急 J1 2年服務死循環 (一個複雜且尷尬的j-1 waiver問題)

我是2011年拿J-1去美國做交換生，當時在新加坡讀本科。因為拿的是中國護照，所以要求我回中國2年。 

我新加坡讀書是拿新加坡政府獎學金，要求畢業在新加坡服務三年。畢業後，我一直在新加坡工作，身份也從學生證變成永久居民變成公民。 

現在我需要waive j-1 的中國兩年居住，可是中國大使館已經不承認我了（因為我不是中國公民了）。

我的服務期限還剩1年半的時間。考慮到我不是中國公民，去中國呆1年半也是不現實的。 

請問這種情況我該怎麽辦？是不是陷入一個死胡同永遠不能解決了？
