8老師您好，

我於15年6月份拿到了婚姻臨時綠卡，有效期兩年，2017年6月到期。

2017年3月提交了I751，並收到了將臨時綠卡有效期延期一年(至2018年6月)的receipt。

現在馬上就要到receipt上的有效期了，請問要是到時候新的綠卡還沒有批下來我該怎麽辦？我是否就算做“黑”在美國了呢？-No. 會影響我合法工作的狀態嗎？-You had better bring the I-751 filing receipt notice and your passport to the local USCIS Office to get the I-551 stamp (green card) stamp which will give you the conditional green card extension for another year.
