謝謝８老師的答複，我還有兩個問題。小孩收到了美國大學的錄取通知，會在夏天申請學生簽證。同時父母打算今年從中國遞交Eb1的移民申請。請看看我的理解對不對：
１. 應該讓小孩先單獨申請學生簽證，然後再遞交全家的移民申請。-Fine. But your I-140 filing should not affect your child's F-1 visa application because it is irrelevant to your child at this point.
２. 在一家人等待移民簽證期間，小孩最好不要離開美國。因為返回入境的時候就已經有了移民申請在案，對已學生簽證入境不利。-Not really. Your child has nothing to do with your I-140. So, he/she can say "No" to the questions about the immigration intent/petition in the F-1 visa application.
不知學生簽證現在是不是可以多次入境。很久以前的印象是如果會中國的話，返回的時候還要再申請簽證。不知現在是不是更靈活了。-You may check the US Embassy/Consulate website. I am not sure about this issue.
