Different suggestions I have got.But i am not sure if it will work, so I still hold my h1b transfer. Will you guys do the transfer by yourself? Pls help give a list for all the required materials/forms, if you know it. thanks.

1. only provide employment letter

2. provide copy of checks you got recently and employment letter.(you pointed out the checks have been deposited, so if you made a copy before you deposited it, then you are lucky. If you did not have copy of checks, probably can provide bank statement/ask the bank to provide a copy for your recent deposited checks). Personally, i do not think this is a good solution.

3. ask your company to prepare a document to specify your gross salary, and withhold amount info. and an employment letter.
