a freind's husband married her 08 2012, 4 mos after marriage he got his temp green card with help of an attorney. before that his G4 visa expired 06/2012 when he ended his 1st marriage.
then he got a permanent green card 12/2014.
once he has green card, their marriage went south.
he filed divorce 02/2017.
looking back, my freind realized he never get her signature after he got his temp green card. he faked her signature. she wants to get his green card application records to prove that. she contacted the attorney they hired. the attorney said her husband is his client, not her, refusing to give me any records.
what can she do to report his fraud and preventing him from getting the citizenship (he may already has it now)?
what is the hotline to report fraud. is any attorney going to take the case?
how could she get the records to prove that?
