我父母親持有綠卡, 兩年前申請Reentry Permit, 在2016年4月中旬批準下來. 他們2016年9月份回國, 2017年12月持Reentry Permit入境. 因為家裏有事他們打算6月中旬回去. 他們準備再申請一個Reentry Permit. 今天填表時發現如下說明: 這是不是意味著在2018年4月中旬之前, 他們還不能遞交新的Reentry Permit申請?
-They can file I-131 to apply for a new reentry permit now, but they need to return the current valid one with the I-131 application, or just submit I-131 and then, wait for USCIS send them RFE, then return the old reentry permit at that time.
還是說可以遞交申請, 因為Reentry Permit是一次性使用的? 多謝!
