8老師您好，配偶F2A入境後一個多月還沒有收到綠卡。網上有人說需要先繳一個綠卡製作費才可以收到綠卡。但在我的記憶中從來沒有被要求繳綠卡製作費。請問如果需要交費的話應該交到哪裏？
-It is immigrant fee.  When your spouse got the immigrant visa, this fee requirement should be addressed in the document the VO gave to your spouse.
If you don't pay it, the green card will never be issued to your spouse. Check this website for how to pay it:

另外如果一直沒有收到綠卡應該與哪個部門聯係？ 多謝8老師指教！
