我有幾個問題請教，
1）孩子現在持F1簽證，學校明年有一門課必須去國外實習一周，在綠卡申請pending期間，他可以出國嗎？
-Does he file I-485 yet? If yes, he cannot travel unless he has advance parole (AP). But if he uses AP to travel, he will lose F-1 status.
2）萬一在綠卡申請時，綠卡申請被拒，是不是隻要他不出國，他的F1簽證還是有效，直到他畢業？-Correct.
3）如果我們EB3 I-140被拒，是不是馬上可以再申請EB2 I-140，我們EB2也很快要current了，是不是可以同時遞交EB2的I-485？
-Yes. But if you have a pending EB3 I-485, you do not have to file a new I-485, and just ask USCIS to relink your pending EB3 I-485 to EB2 I-140 (interfiling of I-485).
