8老師，您好。女兒回美證打完指模已經一個月了，還沒收到。用receipt number 在uscis 的case status online查不到。顯示是說my case status does not recognize the receipt number entered .仔細檢查了receipt number 沒錯，是不是不能在網上查，必須要打電話才能知道status?
