8老師， 由於我太太目前還在加拿大工作， 她也是加拿大公民。 我的485已交並收到comb卡， 我目前用的是TN visa. 我太太剛去border 拿了TD visa, 準備兩個月以後來美交485. 我的問題是， 如果我在她來美之前換工作， 我肯定用EAD工作， 那她的TD visa 不是失效了嗎， 那她用什麽身份申請485呢？
-If you use EAD to work before she enters US, she cannot use TD to enter US. So, you had better use EAD after she files I-485. Otherwise, she may just enter US as a tourist and then file I-485 about 3 months later after she enters US as a tourist (hope your I-140 priority date is still current about s few months later).
