排期倒退的問題

現在（三月公布的）我排期已經到了。資料也都簽完字，但律師還沒交，說要等到下星期一12號才交。我真是等得神經質了。因為每個月的12，13號左右都公布下個月的排期。 如果不幸公布的下月排期倒退了，那我這個月還能交嗎？
