您一直說的是隻要是提供最近一次入境的有效非移民身份就可以了。但是我看了官方的I485說明，上麵說要提供”Evidence of Continuously Maintaining a Lawful Status Since Arrival in the United States“。
-This is true.


特別提到要“Include evidence for every time you entered the United States and for the time periods spent in the United States".
-This requirement only applies to certain immigrant category such as Human trafficking victim (T Nonimmigrant, Form I-914) or derivative family member (Form I-914A). Read the I-485 Instructions carefully and entirely to see whether you need to provide this kind of evidence. Regular family-based or employment-based category does not require it.
