幾個月前在這裏問過8老師很多問題。基本情況概述如下，我2017年６月５日 H1 transfer 被拒，I 94 是April 1st 2017 過期，我於2017年九月底回國，回國後又申請美國的學校讀phd，現收到學校錄取加獎學金，學校要辦     I- 20了。我曾經工作過的美國一個公司現在又我一個位置，可以給辦H1B。現在我有個問題，如果移民局收到學校申請I20，同時又收到來自公司的H1b申請，會有問題嗎？我該怎麽辦呢？
-No problem. If you want to work, just apply for the H-1 visa to enter US to work for the employer, and give up the I-20, i.e. inform the school to withdraw the I-20 and you just send the I-20 back to the school and explain that you do not plan to attend the school at this point.
