請教8老師！

尊敬的8老師又要麻煩請教您了！

我父親（公民）擔保我移民，他當年是我哥哥擔保的， 當時已經退休了，

現在我的case到了就要遞交financial support and civil documents，我父親沒有報過稅，

他肯定要fileI-864表，那他還需要write and sign a statement indicating why you did not file taxes嗎

如果要寫，是中文，還要公證嗎？
