online N400 application

本來已經填好表格打算寄過去的，後來看到可以網上申請，這樣可以隨時看到updated status，於是又在網上填表格了。現在都填好了，要求上載一些supportive documents，可是怎麽都上載不了。請問大家有類似情況嗎？接下來該怎麽做呢？謝謝
