My I-140 proved, I-485 pending. I went to Japan for a business trip last month, and I got in uisng AP. Prior to the trip, I was on H1b. My lawyer (company paid) just submitted my AP/EAD extension, and he will prepare for my H1b extention, too. I was a little confused by the latter filing, now got you. Thanks!
