持綠卡小孩（16歲以下）在海外停留3年半後，回美國會有問題麽？
-Yes, the green card is void. If there is any uncontrolled factor (such as serious illness) preventing the kid from returning to US on time, the kid can apply for SB-1 visa to activate the green card. Otherwise, the kid has lost the permanent resident status (i.e. the green card is void).


我知道成人超過一年肯定會有問題，那小孩呢？
-No difference from adults.

有沒有類似經曆的請幫忙回答一下，謝謝！
