我原來有H1B的配偶H4的EAD，最近先生renew了H1B，我正準備找工作，所以想去renew EAD，先生說現在在討論要取消H4的EAD，好像拿H4的EAD工作過，會有麻煩，所以他說不要用了，現在馬上file I-485, 同時申請EAD，那EAD approve是不是要等3-6個月？

我4月中要回國一趟，現在同時申請AP，估計也來不及了，所以我就拿H4回去和回來，那現在還要申請AP嗎？
-You can apply for EAD and AP when you file I-485, and if AP application is still pending, you can leave and get the H-4 visa to come back, or just go to the local USCIS Office to get the emergency AP before you leave.
